Consent before examination
Every examination is explained before it starts, a chaperone is offered every time, and you can stop at any point without giving a reason.
Appointments
Six short steps. You can change any of them before you send the request, and the practice confirms within one working hour.
If this is a medical emergency, call your local emergency number. This site cannot be used for urgent or emergency care.
Choose the care you need. If you are not sure, choose general practice and we will point you the right way.
Before you arrive
Booking is the beginning of the appointment, not a separate errand. Here is what the practice does next.
Every examination is explained before it starts, a chaperone is offered every time, and you can stop at any point without giving a reason.
Each patient has a named clinician who is responsible for their care and for replying to them.
If something needs urgent or emergency care, we say so plainly, arrange it where we can, and write down what to do if it changes overnight.
Complaints and near misses are reviewed monthly by the clinical team, and the changes that follow are recorded.
Not sure which appointment you need? Browse the full list of services, or speak to the practice team and they will book it with you.
The practice team can see the same diary you can, and can arrange interpreters, chaperones and accessibility needs at the same time.
