We are looking for a GP to join the Fieldgate team, working with a named caseload and thirty-minute appointments as standard.
The post suits somebody who wants continuity — the same patients over years — and who is happy to be the person a specialist colleague asks rather than only the person who refers.
The work
- A named caseload with continuity as the priority
- Thirty-minute appointments, in clinic and virtually
- Internal referral and shared care with specialist colleagues
- Contribution to the monthly clinical review
What we are looking for
- Full registration and licence to practise
- Completed specialist training in general practice
- An interest in long-term and overlapping conditions
- Comfort working in a shared record with other disciplines
What we offer
- Protected half day each month for review and teaching
