Much of the work sits alongside physical recovery, so an interest in adjustment to illness and injury is useful.
The work
- Fifty-minute assessment and therapy sessions
- Courses of work with consistent time slots
- Joint working with physiotherapy where it helps
- Contribution to the monthly clinical review
What we are looking for
- Postgraduate training in psychological therapy
- Current registration with a recognised professional body
- Experience with anxiety, low mood and adjustment
- Clear boundaries around what is shared and what is not
