Recovery and wellbeing
Nutrition and lifestyle
Advice that survives contact with a real week. Our dietitians work from what you eat, when you sleep and how much you can realistically change at once.

The first appointment maps a normal week — meals, work, sleep, movement, the days that go wrong — and picks two or three changes that are worth making.
Follow-ups are short and frequent at the start, then further apart. The plan changes as your circumstances do, rather than being handed over once and never revisited.
Who it is for
- Support alongside a cardiometabolic or preventative plan
- Digestive symptoms that need a structured approach
- Eating well around shift work, travel or caring responsibilities
- Anyone tired of advice that assumes an empty diary

How to prepare
- Keep a rough food and sleep note for three days beforehand
- Bring recent blood results if the appointment follows an assessment
