Prevention and diagnostics
Preventative health assessment
Screening is only useful when it is chosen well. Our assessments are designed around your history and reviewed with you the same day.

The assessment begins with a conversation, not a blood draw. What gets tested depends on your age, your family history, your work, and what you actually want to know.
Everything happens in one visit: consultation, testing, and a results conversation with the clinician who chose the tests. You leave with a written plan and a date for the next review.
Who it is for
- A first baseline, usually from the mid-thirties onwards
- A family history you would like properly accounted for
- Annual review for an existing plan
- Anyone who wants fewer, better-chosen tests rather than more of them
What to expect
Planning call
A short call beforehand decides what is worth testing and what is not.
On the day
Two to three hours: consultation, examination and testing in one visit.
Results
Explained the same day, in person, by the clinician who ordered them.
The year after
A written plan, a review date and a named clinician to contact.
How to prepare
- Fasting instructions are sent with your confirmation
- Bring family history details, including ages at diagnosis where known
- Wear comfortable clothing and bring something to change into for testing
- Allow the full half day rather than booking around it
This page describes how an appointment works. It is general information, not medical advice, and it does not replace a consultation.
