Larkmoor

Naomi set up the clinical side of Larkmoor around one decision: a standard appointment would be thirty minutes, and nothing would be allowed to erode it. Every other part of the practice — the rota, the room count, the way results are handled — was built to protect that.

She sees patients at Fieldgate and Coppice Row, with a particular interest in long-term conditions that cross several specialties at once and tend to get managed in fragments.

Most of what I do well, I do because I had enough time to do it at all.
