Everyday care
Travel health
Advice built around your itinerary rather than a country list: where you are going, what you will be doing there, and how long before you leave.

A travel appointment starts with the trip. Rural or urban, altitude or coast, two weeks or six months, working or resting — the advice changes with all of it.
You will leave with a written plan covering any vaccinations discussed, their timing, what to carry with you, and what to do if you become unwell while you are away.
Who it is for
- Anyone travelling in the next three months
- Longer stays, remote destinations and work placements
- Travelling with a long-term condition or during pregnancy

What to expect
Before
Send your itinerary when you book so the appointment is spent on decisions, not admin.
During
Thirty minutes to agree a plan, with any vaccinations given at the same visit where suitable.
Schedules
Where a course is needed, remaining appointments are booked before you leave the room.
After
A written travel plan and a record of anything given.
How to prepare
- Book six to eight weeks before departure where you can
- Bring your vaccination history if you have it
- Have dates, destinations and planned activities to hand
